Your First Visit at Morningstar Chiropractic Spinal Correction Center

When you first visit our practice you will be greeted warmly and given a Patient Application form to fill out if you haven’t downloaded one from the website already.

After the paperwork has been completed, we will share with you our Mission and Vision for changing the state of healthcare in our community. Lastly, you will be given a brief tour of the office prior to meeting with Dr. Andy.

During this visit, you can expect Dr. Andy to:

  • Review your Patient Application with you
  • Perform a thorough chiropractic exam, posture exam, orthopedic and neurological exam
  • Take four specific x-rays of your spine

Dr. Andy usually advises patient’s to allow thirty minutes for their first visit. If your paperwork has not already been completed, you can expect to spend an additional 15 minutes with us on your first visit.

Follow-up Visits

Your second visit typically involves the following:

  • Whether or not you will be accepted as a patient or given a referral
  • A report of what Dr. Andy found from the previous exam
  • A report of your x-ray analysis
  • First adjustment with spinal rehab procedures

Dr. Andy believes that x-rays are essential in determining what the structure of the spine looks like in order to restore optimal health and function to the body. Your third visit involves Dr. Andy mapping out a specific care-plan, which has been tailored to suit your individual needs.

Routine Visits to Our Office

Many patients choose to come back to us on a routine basis, for post-correction type adjustments. These visits are called maintenance care.  Such visits usually only last a few minutes but are very effective in maintaining patient well being.

These maintenance adjustments are generally performed anywhere from once a week to once a month. How physical your job is and the amount of mental,  physical and chemical stress you’re under will determine the appropriate frequency.

A Stronger Spine, A Healthier You
